Welcome to Burrell Archive. By accessing or buying from this store, operated by Burrell Archive, LLC, you agree to these Terms.

  1. Eligibility. You must be able to form a binding contract to purchase.
  2. Products and made-to-order nature. Items are printed on demand. Colors may vary slightly between screens and printed products; product images and mockups are representative.
  3. Pricing and orders. Prices are in USD and may change without notice. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or availability), and will refund any charge if we do.
  4. Payment. By ordering you authorize us, via our payment processor, to charge your payment method for the total, including shipping and applicable taxes.
  5. Shipping, returns and refunds. Governed by our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy, incorporated here by reference.
  6. Intellectual property. All original artwork, the Burrell Archive name, the Aya crest and wordmark, site content, and designs are owned by or licensed to Burrell Archive, LLC and may not be copied, resold, or used commercially without written permission. Historical figures and source images used are in the public domain; our transformed artworks and brand marks are protected. The Aya symbol derives from the Akan (Ghana) Adinkra tradition, credited accordingly; our specific stylized crest and wordmark are our protected marks.
  7. Acceptable use. Do not misuse the site, infringe our intellectual property, or attempt to disrupt it.
  8. Disclaimers. The site and products are provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties.
  9. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of Burrell Archive, LLC for any claim related to a product or the site will not exceed the amount you paid for the order at issue.
  10. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
  11. Changes. We may update these Terms; continued use means you accept the current version.
