Shipping policy
Made to order. Every item is printed on demand, so your total delivery time is production time plus shipping time.
- Production: typically 2 to 7 business days to print and pack your order before it ships.
- Shipping (United States): roughly 3 to 5 business days (standard) after production.
- Shipping (International): roughly 10 to 20 business days, varying by destination and customs.
These are estimates from our print partner, not guarantees; carrier delays can occur.
Tracking. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order leaves the facility.
Where we print and ship from. Orders are produced and shipped by our fulfillment partner (Printful) from the facility best suited to your location; a single order with multiple items may occasionally arrive in separate shipments at no extra cost to you.
Duties and taxes (international). Import duties, taxes, or customs fees are not included and are the recipient's responsibility, set by your local customs authority.
Address accuracy. Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. See the Returns policy for reshipment of packages returned due to address errors.
Delays. Peak seasons (holidays, Black History Month) and weather can extend timelines. If your order is significantly late, email brandon@burrellfirm.com.
